Leaders in brake disc manufacturingEURAC’s modern machining facilities have been developed specifically for the manufacturing of automotive brake discs. We supply the same high quality products to all our customers whether they are OE manufacturers, motor racing suppliers or aftermarket brands. All castings are supplied by our two in-house foundries, enabling us to offer a wide variety of casting materials to OE specifications. Dimensional precision is ensured using modern CNC machine tools and all brake discs are balanced for optimum performance. Our machining companies operate to the highest automotive quality standards and, where required, are registered to ISO TS 16949. We work closely with our customers in the aftermarket to build their brands. We currently cover more than 14,000 vehicle applications and our range development team ensure that our customers are first to market with products for new vehicle models. The high quality and technical innovation we offer helps to differentiate and promote our customers’ products; whether it’s OE cast materials, fixing screws or protective coatings we have the solution. Packaging, warehousing and logistics can also be managed on behalf of our customers, allowing us to run a complete brake disc programme for you. |
