Precision Disc Casting

Precision Disc Castings, located in Poole, UK, is one of the most modern ferrous foundries in Europe; consistently achieving the highest technical and quality standards. The foundry is TS16949/QS9000 accredited and has a long history of supply to the automotive industry.

PDC utilises 2 Disamatic moulding lines with a total annual capacity of 50,000 tonnes. The foundry specialises in the design, development and casting of automotive brake discs, predominantly ventilated discs, thus considerable investment is also put into our 'State of the Art' core making facilities.

Process and product integrity is constantly checked in our well-equipped laboratory that offers full quality assurance certification. In addition full process control is maintained with SPC measuring systems throughout the foundry process.

PDC's highly trained engineers offer a full manufacturing and design service for car, light truck and racing brake applications.

In conjunction with Investors in People, PDC is continually analysing and improving its most important resource, it's highly skilled workforce.
